A 5K is 3.1 miles and YOU CAN train and complete your first 5K over the course of 8-weeks.Too many people lose interest in running because they start off too fast, are intimidated by the idea of running or simply don't know where to start. They end up wondering why anyone would want to run at all.
The Ucan2 5K Training Program is for new or newer runners. Even if you can't run one mile, we'll prepare you for 3.1 miles of running fun! Our coaches will guide you step by step to your 5K goal.

The Ucan2 5K training program will utilize a verified run-walk method
developed specifically for the most novice runner. This 8-week
program works towards the goal of participants completing their first 5K or improving upon a previous 5K performance.
Individuals will begin their program by learning basic concepts of form and technique. Gradually you will add mileage and speed just in time for your race.
